RETURN POLICY:

For UAE orders, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Item must not be damage, or used and must be in its original and new condition packaging

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

For International orders, item must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note International returns shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to care@sheee.uk and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
